Wild Workouts and Wellness: November Client of the Month ...

Happy November Wild Peeps! It?s time again to recognize one of our awesome peeps as Client of the Month!

This November, our Client of the Month is?

?Elizabeth Sowell!

????????
?????????

Elizabeth brings her upbeat, positive energy to the morning semi-private group workouts, always ready for a challenge and some fun. Add some 80?s tunes and you?ve got one awesome workout!

As a mother, business owner, and massage therapist, Elizabeth has a lot on her plate, and continues to make some amazing things happen. ?For example, Elizabeth is now facilitating Higher Brain Living, a fascinating mind-body-spirit approach to wellness and happiness. Meanwhile, Elizabeth remains committed to her own health and fitness, and her dedication has paid off: she?s leaner, more toned, stronger, and lighter. She?s also made major progress overcoming shoulder and hamstring injuries. Elizabeth?s personal and professional successes are exciting and inspiring. ?We see Elizabeth simply shine with confidence and happiness! It?s contagious!

We asked Elizabeth some questions about her experience with Wild Workouts and Wellness. Let?s hear what she had to say:

Do you have a favorite exercise? What do you like about it? Least favorite? What don?t you like about it?
I tend to like the exercises that use movement and/or momentum, like cricket push-ups or, I'm not sure what they are called, but when you do a row in to an over the head press and you are using momentum. As far as my least favorite...I don't really hate any, but I do find some to be challenging, but I enjoy a chance to push myself. I now it is all a benefit for me.
What achievements are you most proud of?
I think what I am most proud of is my commitment and consistency that I have been able to keep since I started back last January. Because of this I feel great. I have more strength, endurance, less pain, and increased flexibility and self-confidence.?
What do you like most about Wild Workouts and Wellness?
The things that I enjoy most about Wild Workout and Wellness is the community and support that all of you create and provide for all of us. I love the good laughs and personal connections, and positivity vibe at Wild Workout and Wellness. You also provide a great deal of knowledge and expertise that is invaluable. I love the holistic approach and the focus of the whole body, mind, and spirit. They are all connected and it is important to address all areas of our lives in order to make successful change.
What advice would you give to other wild peeps?
My advice would be, to be consistent and have fun!
Do you have a favorite song or type of music for working out?
I'm an 80's girl, so I think that is probably my favorite, but I like a lot of different music so it's all good.
What are some challenges or goals you are currently working on?
I would say that I am dealing with hamstring injuries that I did this summer and my shoulder still bothers me sometimes? but they are small challenges, more like things I just need to always be aware of.? The workouts have actually helped in the healing of both and all of you have been great in helping me to accommodate my workouts around these injuries. You ladies are amazing and I really enjoy my workout with you! I have never been very successful at going to the gym, but I have no problem getting myself to W.W.W.!!! Thanks to all of you for being a great team. Thank you so much ladies!!

Congratulations to Elizabeth for her hard work and success! And Wild Peeps, when you see Elizabeth be sure to give her a high-five or a hug!
